At First Investment Real Estate we're on your schedule. Just looking? We'll patiently show you. Have legal questions? Our attorney will answer them for you. And when you're ready, we will walk you though every step of the way from picking you up at the airport and taking you to see properties of interest to walking you through contracts and the closing. We'll help you shop for furniture and get the utilities turned on. If you are not planning on full time occupancy we'll even check on your property for you when you're not there and manage its rental for you. You'll be able to depend on us.

We have over a decade of experience in doing business in Mexico. We're multi-lingual and have offices in downtown Playa del Carmen and the US. We represent you as the buyer and understand that your best interest is our best interest. I will work with you virtually and by phone until you have a few choice properties identified. When you are ready to visit them in person I'll fly down to meet you! I'll send a car for you to pick you up at the airport and help you with discounted reservations for accomodations during your stay if you need them. We'll walk leisurely on the beach together and discuss your options. We'll stop at a palapa for a fresh lemonade or Corona with lime... your choice!

 

One thing you'll never have to worry about is sales pressure. I understand your investment consideration is a serious one that needs to be done on your terms and when you're ready. Your comfort and satisfaction is my primary concern.
